Shay Shannon is our Client Relations Specialist, known for bringing both professionalism and a lively spirit to the team. In her role, Shay manages client communications, oversees the calendar, maintains case files, and handles new client intake. She’s skilled at addressing client concerns, confirming what is successful in supporting our clients, and reviewing discovery with clients to create detailed summaries of body-worn camera (BWC) footage. Shay’s dedication extends to ensuring seamless interactions for clients and supporting the team with enthusiasm.
What Shay loves most about her job is helping people and building strong connections. The dynamic nature of her work keeps her learning and problem-solving, and she takes pride in making a meaningful difference. No two days are ever the same, which adds to the excitement of her role.
Originally from Georgia, Shay’s journey to Colorado was a blend of luck and adventure. Unafraid of new experiences, she moved to Colorado and immediately fell in love with the state’s weather, mountains, and friendly community. Shay grew up as a military child and later joined the Army herself, embracing a life of frequent moves and new beginnings. It was while stationed in Hawaii that she met her fiancé. She is the middle child of three sisters who keep in close touch. Earlier this year, she adopted two dogs and made the move to Colorado. Shay has quickly become an integral and vibrant part of the team at The Law Office of Lauryn Tully.
